| О себе: | FLeCK is an electronic music producer and Dj, signed to Serial Killaz Recordings, member of Kings Hi Fi soundsystem and the Bristol collective Boom Sound. Born in Athens, Greece, started his music journey in the early 90's by producing breakbeat and jungle music, passing through dub and hip hop. His first official release goes back in 1999, a 12” single called “Cryogenics” released on Evil Recordings, which had a great review from the famous UK music magazine Knowledge. In 2009 published his debut album “Dub Muse” and since then, he has released his music on various record labels around the world such as Six Degrees records, ODG, Chopstick Dubplate, Scotch Bonnet, Liondub International, Lion’s Den, Nice Up!, King Dubbist, Generation Bass and Born on Road to name a few, and counts over 50 releases in the past few years. FLeCK’s music, is characterized by a roots reggae dub vibe mixed with futuristic jungle breaks and fat bass sounds. It has found its way into the record boxes of the likes of Public Enemy’s DJ Lord, Rusko and many other big Djs around the world, as well featuring on Diplo’s Mad Decent blog and receiving massive worldwide radio support from London’s legendary Kool Fm to BBC 1Xtra and BBC Asian Network. Some of his tunes reached the first position in the TID Top100 charts. He has collaborated ,written and remixed tunes for artists like Zion Train, Mungo’s HiFi, Chopstick Dubplate, Soom T, Speng Bond, Jinx in Dub, Tamara Blessa, Nanci Correia, Jago, Clinton Sly, Ancient Astronauts, Fitta Warri, Aries, Roommate, Gold Dubs, Chezidek, Cut la Vis, Blue Hill, Lutan Faya, Tamara Blessa, Demolition man, Beam Up, Mistafire, Parly B, Ed West, Tenja, Mr Williamz and many others. The last years he has traveled with his music in many places around Europe like Austria, UK, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Greece and has shared the stage with names like Horace Andy, Alborosie, Congo Natty, Aba Shanti-I, Zion Train, Dub Pistols, Mungo’s Hi Fi, Stand High Patrol, Prince Fatty, Ed Solo, Iration Steppas and many others. Counts gigs in more than 50 European cities and has played in festivals like Outlook, Seasplash, Overjam, Wee Dub, Incubate, Distortion, Boomtown Fair, Let it Roll, Eastrock, Drop Beats Not Bombs, Vibes, Ancient Olympia Music Fest and Legalize Protestival. In 2015 he has been nominated as Best Breakthrough Producer in the Jungle Awards held by We Love Jungle.
